Screen Captures..

I have a client using the latest version of Jabber with the latest release of CUPS and they are trying to use the screeen capture feature.  They get an error every time that says the Screen capture could not be delivered.  I can find almost no information on this feature at all.  Has anyone had similar issues and if so how did you fix them?

I'm sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but has anyone found a fix for this?  We are seeing this on a few users, and nothing seems to fix it.

Same issue here, as of the last month or two.  It does work mostly, but then fails to send with "This screen capture could not be delivered"

I can't receive images from anyone, but I can send images.   How do I fix this?

testing procedure:

Open Paint

scribble a little

click 'Select'

select some of your scribble

control-C

go to Jabber

control-V to paste the image in the box
'send'

I go to someone else's machine (their jabber account) and do the above, and send to myself. 

I don't receive any images on my machine from other people, but text messages work fine back and forth.

I just receive this message instead of the images:

This screen capture could not be delivered

Has anyone figured out a fix?
