Has anyone deployed a script that does an end to end service test of Webex and associated audio? We extensively use WebEx and a third party audio provider for conferencing. A large percentage of the conference calls use the call back function. I would like to have a script that triggers a WebEx one click meeting, performs a call back, have a soft phone (Cisco or Lync) answer the call, disconnect it after five minutes and then report back any failures. We have used tools to do fairly complicated tests to web pages but we do not have one capable to do this level of end user experience testing. Could someone suggest a product that can test this WebEx scenario?
