Sign in to Jabber from mobile device

Hi,

Some users are able to sign in to Jabber from their mobile device while not connected to company network.  I am not.  I get error 'Your username or password is not correct"; however, I am able to login to Jabber while on a company PC using same username/password.

 

Please see problem report attached.

Hi

 

Looks like you don't add the service domain at your username. So jabber will not find the expressway and never will provide services to your jabber. Take the domain where you configured the public DNS SRV record as your service domain. Normally this is the mailaddress. So your username must be like omarquez@ecmc.org.
