I have seen that support for emergency calls require a PSTN service, which is understandable. But how is the caller's location provided when calling the PSAP. Is it possible to provide ELINs? If so, how is the caller's location determined so the right ELIN is used?
Thanks
Gaetan
With Intelepeer you can assign ERL information for the ERL stuff and ensure the right address is sent to the PSAP. That would be a static mapping since there is no CER equivalent for Spark call.

With the limitation that if a user is running Spark on his desktop and smartphone, the same ERL will be associated to both, so if the user is away from his desktop and dials 911 from his smart phone, the ERL information might not be accurate, right?
But I guess that's a limitation of Spark, all client instances are seen as one.
Thanks for the reply by the way, sorry for taking so long to come back to you.

Is the ERL information common to all Spark users or is it possible to configure ERL information per Spark user?
