When I log into my.ciscospark.com I have lost my voicemail options I had a few weeks ago. The documentation says it is an option under "my Profile" but there is nothing there other than to chance my Emergency Services Address. Check Your Voicemail | Cisco Cloud Collaboration Help Central
There is no support today for checking your voicemails from spark this has never been a part of the user portal it is on the roadmap to support something close to unified messaging down the road
