Dear All,
Is it possible to configure speed dials so Cisco Jabber, please share the document to configure it.
Secondly when the user change his mobile or reset the jabber account will these speed dials retain in his profile

There is no option for speed dial buttons available in Jabber.

It is more of a short dial then. You dial e.g. "1" and it gets translated to whatever in the background.
So, not the "classic" speed-dial, where you press a button and the phone dials the number associated with that button.
Since Jabber doesn't have this sort of buttons, there are no speed dials.
