Strange number displayed on Jabber mobile phone

We get the same number displayed “cx4u31155” on both iPhone and Android when calling internally from DN 31155(Jabber or Cisco phone) to Jabber on a mobile phone.

does anyone know where the cx4u comes from?

So, if you call to a J4W client that doesn't show up?

By any chance does that user has that configured in your directory source?

Yes, it works fine with Jabber on Windows.
I don't really understand your second question, can you clarify it?
what does directory source mean?

The version on the Android is: 12.6.1.284387 and on Windows: 12.5.1.27406 Build 277406
