SX10 Disable Presentation auto showing

I'll try to be as clear as possible :

We're using multiples Codecs connected through a TMS server.

On of the site uses an SX10.

As soon as a conference is being connected through TMS, the SX10 automatically send his presentation source (VGA or HDMI) if something is connected to it. We would like to disable this automatic options. I tryied in "Configuration > Video > Input > Connector 2 (and 3) > Presentation Selection > Manual" but it's not working as expected.

Anyone has a clue on how to resolve this?

Hi Mathieu,

Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Conferencing section you've posted in.

There have been some fixes to the way Presentation works with some of the newer versions of the TC software that runs on the SX10 devices... what version of the software are you running.

Setting your Configuration > Video > Input > Source 1/2/3 PresentationSelection to Manual should work.

Since I'm not physically near this room, I can't test it as fast as I would like.
I'll try to get someone there in the next days and I'll check if, as we both said, "Configuration > Video > Input > Connector 2 (and 3) > Presentation Selection > Manual" is working properly.
