Customer has a SX80 that is registered to Call Manager 10.5(2). SX80 running CE92 codee. It is working correctly.
Customer wants to use the SX80 as a Device and Place on Webex Control Hub. Customer also wants the SX80 to stay registered to CUCM. Tried to create the device in Control Hub. I get the "Code" to install on the SX80. I do not know how to install the code on the working SX80. The SX80 does have a "spark" ICON. We are not sure if we are to use the spark ICON.
We do not want the SX80 to lose registration to the CUCM.
Any ideas? Any suggestions appreciated.
