Taking time for connecting call almost 10sec to 12 Sec

Whenever we dialing any DID number it’s taking time to connect to the agent or landline we test via airtel PRI tester call is connecting within 2sec.

Kindly help :

Could you share show controller e1 output.

 

Check if there is any error on controller.

I can see  errors  on E1 0/0/0. I assume E1 0/0/0  is the port used to  terminated the Airtel  PRI. 

 

 

 

Could you share the gateway configuration hiding confidential informations. 

 

I assume it could be due to missing network clock commands. or it can also be an ISP issue. Since Airtel already tested the call with PRI device, chance of ISP issue is less.
