Has anyone else with a CUCM and TMS environment ran into this error when trying to add a system to TMS? When we register a new codec (SX, WebEx Kit, etc.) to CUCM then try to add it to the desired folder in TMS, there is an error that the system already exists? It does not show when searching for the system by IP, however, it is listed under Systems>Purge like CUCM sends the system over and it remains in deleted items until we purge it and THEN we can add it to the desired folder under System>Navigator. It's quite an annoyance to have to do this each time. So far, TAC has not come up with anything... Any help would be appreciated.
