I would for a Collab Partner and was wondering if there is a Tool that TAC could share on an "as is" bases that would allow us to input a PRT file from a Jabber client and be able to easily make heads and tails of what the problem may be.
This would k=help us reduce calls to TAC and reduce time to fix issue.
No, just as traces, you open the file in notepad, and start reading them to find the issue.
