Troubsleshooting Jabber Guest

According to the Jabber Guest troubleshooting guide at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/jabber-guest/118592-technote-jabber-00.html in VCS-C, in Status -> Unified Communications, there are supposed to be three U/C items in the top section :

  • Unified Communications Status
  • Jabber Guest services
  • Unified Communications services

But on my VCS-C, I don't have the "Unified Communications services" listed. Have I done something wrong, or are the docs wrong? I'm using VCS 8.5.3

Hi Gordon,

I wrote that document, it was based on the old VCS/Exp software version.

It seems the new code for Exp/VCS shows only two options. The important part is that you should have SSH tunnel up between Exp-C/E.
