UC 11.x upgrade to 12.x

We are running UC 11.x, not currently on active Cisco SMARTnet and using PLM. We would like to upgrade to 12.x and renew our SMARTnet licensing. Attached is a screen shot of our PLM, what Licensing SKU do we need to support 100 Users with VM

Based on your PLM screenshot You need A-Flex-3 Named User 35 Professional and 30 enhanced License.

As the last date to attach new contract is on 2022, You can renew your SWSS contract for another one year and upgrade your system.

I would suggest to contact to local Cisco partner who is good in Voice.
