Hello, we are service provider and have migrated to UC-One SaaS platform. The datasheet talks about pre-integrated apps and for our case I only see a plugin to integrate with outlook, no clue where to find the options to enable the integration. We are particularly interested in Salesforce, because it is being requested by a potential customer that wants it for their sales teams, and we are about to loose the deal against a solution from "GoToConnect". I have talked with our Cisco Account Manager but the only anser I get is that it was available with UC-Hub but was disontinued some time ago (it seems to me they only want to talk about WebEx calling and HCS, but we have a large investment and installed base with Broadworks)... and that functionality is announced in the datasheet today... can any one clarify please? Thanks in advance!
