UDS photo retrieval - using display name not username

Unable to show photos based on display name, actually not able to find parameters documented, so I've been hacking away with different varieties(including case) of displayname.

Able to show if using username( uid):

 Using: URL UdsPhotoUriWithToken>http://www.photo/url/path/%%uid%%.jpg.</UdsPhotoUriWithToken>

AFAIK if you're using UDS, you cannot use anything else besides uid for the photo, you only get other options if using EDI.

that's what i'm afraid of - but Cisco hasn't really documented this very well.

I'll let you know what i find.
