Hi Guys
I have a issue using Jabber for Win. I´m triying to jabber client and this say incorrect user and password. I check the user by ccmuser web page.
The CUCM version is 8.6.2.20000-2. The CUP ver is 8.6.4.10000-28. The telephone have the same CFSuserid.
Any idea?

Have you confirmed there are no DNS issues??
