Unable to locate Productivity Tools

Hello, I am part of my firm's IT department and was trying to assist our Training department locate the Productivity Tools, however, them and myself (after they made me an administrator on the Webex site), whatever direction or location Cisco's standard guide shows: https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/nby4rwy

it does not match at all what I see. I have full access to the Webex site but still no Productivity Tools download can be located.

If you're not seeing what is shown on that link as it looks different, have you tried what is described in the "For other WebEx accounts (PC only)" section of these instructions: https://www.webex.com/support/productivity-tools.html

If that's still not helping, are you perhaps using an On-Prem Webex rather than the cloud version? - in which case, i'd refer you to the user guide for whichever version you are running at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/conferencing/webex-meetings-server/products-user-guide-list.html
