I am using Cisco Jabber v10.5.2 and I am seeing the error of "Unknown Single Sign On error encountered". I needed to reset my corp password and now Cisco Jabber is unable to sign on. There is not way that I found through the menus to have Jabber prompt me with a new password (or username for that matter). The only actions seem to be "Sign In" or "File | Reset Jabber". Resetting Jabber displays the warning "If you reset Jabber, you delete all saved information, including chat messages, account settings, and user preferences." This doesn't sound like something I want to do.
How I get Jabber to prompt for a new password?
