It’s not entirely clear what your exact goal is.

I want to prevent some Jabber clients that I choose from being able to make calls from the internet. I want them to be able to make calls only from the internal network. How can I do that ? What should I do to reject outside calls?

I don't really get what you are looking for, but maybe this helps:

In CUCM add a new User profile (under User Management -> User Settings -> User Profile) and disable the option for MRA:

Assign this new User profile to the user.
This will prevent the user from being able to use Jabber over MRA.

Hi dear @b.winter

i test this, but not worked..

@MxHadi  - Forgive me if I'm asking the obvious question here. I understand you set up a new User Profile that disabled MRA as suggested by @b.winter . Did you also apply the new profile to the End User Account?

Hi dear @Maren Mahoney

yes, i did it.. (on Jabber Android BOT device..)
and i test it again now, but not working -_-

CUCM >> 14.0.1.12900-161
Expressway Core+Edge >> 14.0.11

He means this:

Suppose we enable jabber for a particular user, so he can use jabber both on LAN (via cucm+cup) and WAN (via expressway).

Now, how can we deny the ability to call and use jabber for this particular user from the WAN?  (so the user can only use it in LAN..)

From what I know that is not possible.

As I know that the way to block unwanted calls with expressway. Also, there are some other VoIP firewall like securelogix etc.

From what I understand the OP is asking for a way to stop a user from connecting via MRA, so not really as the subject would imply where it is about blocking calls specifically.
