Update 1.5.0. PrecisionHD USB Camera does not work in WebEx

After updating the firmware of one of our PrecisionHD USB camera (from version 1.4.1->1.5.0) the camera no longer works in WebEx. After reverting back to version 1.4.1. the camera works fine again.

Am I doing something wrong, or should I alter some settings, either on the PC or on in WebEx?

Any help would be appreciated.

It's not just you, but thank you for your suggestion to downgrade.  It saved me a lot of hassle of trying to figure out what was causing the issue.  I've asked for a ticket to be opened up about this issue with WebEx hopefully it's something they can get fixed.
