After updating the firmware of one of our PrecisionHD USB camera (from version 1.4.1->1.5.0) the camera no longer works in WebEx. After reverting back to version 1.4.1. the camera works fine again.
Am I doing something wrong, or should I alter some settings, either on the PC or on in WebEx?
Any help would be appreciated.
