User dropped from audio conference - Webex 2.8

Hi all,

Recently I updated our CWMS from 2.6MR2 to 2.8. The update worked correctly, but since this moment, some user are dropped from audio conference without cut of Webex client, only the audio communication is dropped. On Webex client, users constat that they are always connected in Webex and force to be reconnected.

On our Cisco gateway ISR4431, communication are running whereas users are disconnected by audio, but not in CWMS. So I thought that there was an problem with RTP flow, but any flow aren't blocked in FW. No changes have been done in FW.

In troubleshooting guide (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_8/Troubleshooting_Guide/cwms_b_troubleshooting-cwms-2-8.pdf), possible cause indicates a negociation problem, but each network card of PC are in Auto-neg, and without network problem.

Has someone encountered this problem?
