User profile picture doesn't show up in iPad/iPhone

                   Some of my contact's pictures don't show up in Jabber iPad or iPhone but I can see the pics in WIndows client.

Has anyone else seen this and know how to fix it?

Have a look at this thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12150266/jabber-ipad-photo-issue.  Specifically Amit's response regarding the jabber-config.xml.
