One of our users complained that the audio of the C60 is dropping from the WebEx intermittently. I found the following warning:
WARNING: External Audio Delay
High delay in audio loop detected. Highest delay: 190ms
There seems to be an audio delay introduced by the external equipment connected to the TelePresence device. This may reduce the quality of your TelePresence experience. Example: If an output TV/monitor is connected, try to find a low latency mode, usually this mode is called gaming or PC.
The mode of the TV is PC now, but did not help.
