we have a Cisco BE 6000 but group chat doesnt work on it. which licence do i need to make this work or it comes by default?

yes, i have configured that, this is what happened... When we place a video call between three participants, one person is placed on hold while two participant continues the chat.
does it has something to do with the MCU?
