WebEx Android login error

When using the webex android application to login to CWMS, there is a pop-up error which says : 'Can not connect to the server. error:31200'

Does anyone know about this error code?

Hi,

Can you please provide us with more information about the scenario?

Are end users just trying to log in to WebEx Meetings App with their CWMS credentials or they are already logged in but trying to join a scheduled meeting?

On CWMS server, on Administration > Settings > Mobile, do you have Android WebEx application enabled?

What version of CWMS are you running?

What version of Android OS are you using?

What version of WebEx Meetings for Android app are you using?

The webex app is enabled on Administration.

We are running CWMS v2.6 and the app. version is 9.1.1.

Its hard to check which android OS was, but we have tested with Galaxy5, 6, and Tab pro.

I want to know the meaning of error : 31200. In which situation does that error pop up?

HI Kim

This is most likely due to the Android device trying to connect to a meeting that the host has not Started yet. This happens for both Android and IOS devices. The IOS error is different though and the error is 100203.

This behavior occurs even if "Join before Host' is enabled on your system. We have noticed though that if a PC joins a meeting before the Host joins/starts then the IOS and Android devices are able to join from that point.

We are having some defects on WebEx for Android app with CWMS 2.6 and 2.7. One of them is: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCva33162 .

We are also looking into this behavior with error 31200 as it has been reported several times but isn't easily reproducible in the lab. 

I'll keep you posted of any findings.

We also have this new defect for this specific issue with Android and 31200 error which is reproduced when a mobile use is trying to join the meeting that hasn't been started or joined from any other device: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCva36624 :

Teams are working on resolving this (observed on 2.6 and 2.7 versions).
