Hello,
I start a webex meeting an join succesfully with audio and web.
Now I call in from PSTN and connected to the webx system. After annoncement I type the correct meeting number and the "#" button.
After that nothing is happen. I hear no audio, connection still exists but didnt join the meeting.
At the webpage from the meeting, the call didnt appear.
If I type a wrong number, I get an announcement for the wrong number.
I configured the personal conferencing at webex administration and also at the user site at the meeting initiators account.
Inviting a member by calling out from webpage to pstn was suscessfully.
Use Webex 2.5 and CUCM 10.5. Can somebody give a hint?

Hi,
This sounds like a misconfiguration on CUCM. When your call comes in, it first goes to the load balance sip trunk. Once you entered the meeting ID, CWMS will redirect the call from that trunk to the application point sip trunk. This happens via the sip route pattern that you need to add. You need to make sure that the partition set on the sip route pattern, is included in the Rerouting Calling Search Space set on the load balance sip trunk. More info here.
Kind regards,
Bruno

I double checked the partitions and css. It is configured how in the guide described.

I reconfigured all new strictly through the guide. Now I'm able to connect from internal phones to the webex meeting. But from external PSTN it still doesnt work. After typing meeting ID the call is disconnected.

Changed the devicepool at the application point trunk from DEFAULT to our normal used pool wherein PSTN member is. Now it works also from external to join the meeting. Dont know why Cisco recommend to use the default pool

Hi, there.
Yes, it is odd because Cisco doesn't know which relations is configured between default DP and others.
By the way, suggestion from bvanturn helped - as for me, I forget to set rerouting CSS.
