WebEx Meeting Center Join/Leave Announcements

On CWMS On-Prem, when a Host is Presenting, the Join/Leave notifications are suppressed.

In a recent Meeting Center meeting, even though the Host was Presenting, they were still bombarded with join and Leave messages.

Is there something that can be set to suppress this when the Host is Presenting?

Please change the Telephone entry and exit tone and see that works..

Step 16

(Optional) Select your Telephone entry and exit tone. Beep (default) No tone Announce name
