The updated WebEx Meetings for Android app is available for download from the Android Market. Alternatively, you can also get it from webex.com/android, or m.webex.com/android.

This new and improved version of WebEx Meetings for Android offers:

  • Tablet usage
  • Single sign-on (SSO) support allowing corporate customers to use their corporate logins to sign into the app 
  • Option to move application to SD Card
  • Stereo Bluetooth headset support 
  • Streamlined sign in process 
  • Various performance and usability improvements

Mark,

  Very good. When will the android client on a tablet (Motorola Xoom) be able to send and receive VIDEO from its forward facing camera???  Seems like a major shortcoming or will this make it too much of a competitor for the CIUS or whatever its name is?

I can't say much about the roadmap in a public forum like this. But it is certainly our vision to deliver video in all WebEx meetings on the broadest variety of mobile devices.
