Webex social improvements : disabling notification of followers

Some people in the orgnisation are being followed by x1000 of people as they are CEO, senior direcotrs or functinal users (eg for news)

When you start to follow one of these people eg the ceo

You get an entry in your zctivity stream each time someone new follow the guy you follow

This is useles and an very annoying

We are having 5000 people receiving 5000 notifications that all their colleaugues are following the ceo
