Welcome to the Cisco Collaboration March 2012 Announcements Webcast!

According to a recent Economist Intelligent Unit Report, 75 percent of global business leaders believe in-person collaboration is critical to business success and 54 percent consider the most important part of communications is gauging engagement and focus.  Business and IT leaderss are faced with providing employees the tools for a more mobile, social, visual and virtual workspace and are constantly looking for ways collaboration technologies can assit in running businesses.  The challenge, however is delivering people-centric collaboration experiences from mobile devices to boardrooms -- and everything in between.

Based on attendee feedback from previous webcasts, we've exciting to debut a new format for our webcast. Not only are our Cisco product leaders sharing the news of our announcements, but they are also demonstrating some of the key features. Here's the agenda:

9:10 - 9:45 a.m. Pacific Time: Demonstrations of new products and solutions

Ask Your Questions During and After Webcast 

As always, you will have the oportunity to ask questions Cisco product experts, who will be online during the webcast to respond to your questions in real-time through the discussion forum. And after the webcast, you can continue to ask questions through the forum and our experts will strive to respond within 1 business day.

A replay of the webcast will be available on demand starting at 12 pm Pacific Time on March 27. You can continue to ask questions on the virtual experience forum.  Cisco experts strive to respond within 1 business day. We also encourage you to evaluate the webcast, and the free book offer mentioned above also applies to those evaluating the replay. 

TO REGISTER AND ATTEND THE WEBCAST (Live or Replay)

1. Register for the webcast:

  • Go to the Cisco Collaboration Community's Virtual Experience space: www.cisco.com/go/virtualexperience2012
  • Select the "March 27 Collaboration Announcements Webcast" entry from the "Register / Watch:" dropdown

Important Note:
If you are displayed a browser security warning message upon entry to the page, then please read the message carefully and choose to display ALL the content within the page or the form will not appear.

  • Scroll down on the page to see the embedded registration form
  • Complete the form and press the "Submit" button. 
  • Do not clear your cookis on the device you registered on, or you will need to re-register.

2. Attend the live webcast or webcast replay:  

After successfully registering (see step 1), return early on March 27 between 8:30 a.m .- 8:55 a.m. Pacific Time to attend the webcast. Webcast starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The replay will be posted by 12 pm on March 27. 

To attend:

  • Access the webcast from the same computer/device you registered on and do not clear your cookies. If you access from a different machine/device or clear your cookies, then you will need to re-register (step 1).
  • Go to the Cisco Collaboration Community's Virtual Experience space: www.cisco.com/go/virtualexperience2012 
  • Select the "March 27 Collaboration Announcements Webcast" entry from the "Register / Watch:" dropdown
