where to download the jabber with a BE6K PAK license

Hi there,
We got a new BE6000 bundle with 50 UCXN-9X-UWL-BE license. Where can I get the Jabber and CIPC software?
My CCO has no access to download it.

make sure the BE6K is in your support contract or add the new one you reecieved with it. If you didnt, use the sales order number to get it in.
