Will scheduled recurrence meeting remove automatically if the user removed from AD

Dear Experts,

If a user created a recurrence meeting in Meeting Place (integrated with AD) but the user has been removed from AD. Will the scheduled recurrence meeting remove automatically? Or the meeting will still valid until manual removal?

Hi Ben,

If during the process of removing the user from AD, the user was also removed from the MP server, then all meetings owned by that user will change ownership to the default admin account. If needed, the admin then has control to delete the meeting.

This is only the case in MeetingPlace Scheduling deployments.

Thanks for feedback. In that case, if the default admin doesn't delete the scheduled meeting. The meeting is still valid for anyone who know the ID and pin, right? Is there anyway to delete the meeting automatically?

Hi Ben,

There is no option to delete the meeting automatically. It will still be valid and will occur as scheduled, but cannot be edited once the original owner has been deleted. If a scheduling user will be deleted from the system, part of this process should be to either reassign the ownership of their future meetings or delete them.
