Windows 10 Pro and Jabber version11.x

I have a user running Windows 10 Pro.  We are running CUCM System version: 10.5.2.12901-1.

There is no CUPS in the environment.

  When the Jabber 11.x is installed, it is pointed to our CUCM (under advanced settings),and the user can log in, yet there is no account under options to add anything, and it will not register with the CUCM. All our other users are just fine, as we have set this up just like all the others.

Is there something in Windows Pro 10 that is causing this?

If you try a known working user on that machine, does it work??

If not, then it definitely points to something specific to that machine.

I have Windows 10 enterprise running with Jabber 11.1.0 build 21135 in my lab and it works fine, I do have to mention I disable all FW and antivirus in my lab.

Thanks for the response.

Does not matter what user.

We have tried that, so it looks like something specific to that one PC.

We will keep futzing with it, pull some traces and see if shows us anything.

Can you make Jabber Client to Jabber Client video calls ??

We find after one or two calls it seems to fail. This behavior is very consistent.
