I got the error "Spark Failed To Start.Please contact support." when trying to start the Spark Application on my laptop with windows 7 version.
Below is the screenshot of the problem.Has anyone knows how to fix this issue ?

Thanks for the answer ;However , I already read that document and it didn't help to resolve the issue. l would be happy if anyone had the same issue and find how to fix it.
What is the version of the Windows Cisco Spark client that you have installed?
Has it ever worked before, or is this a brand new / fresh install?
