We have a manager that's left and we want to let callers know to call the new manager at a different number, but we don't want the caller to be able to leave a message.
You can even modify the message that says something like. "Bob doesn't work here anymore. Steve is his replacement. He can be reached at 555-1212, but if you'll hold on, I will transfer you to him"
Then set up the after greeting action to transfer the call to Steve.
For the end user/inbox, click their name, then EDIT > GREETINGS > STANDARD.
In the After Greeting section, Under Call Action > Select HANG UP.
