we are facing one issue in the media sense , could you please help on this scenario please,
1. We are Using media sense for recording purpose , from finesse we are re-direct to 3rd party application , form that application payment page is there , before login into the payment page we should stop the recording for security purpose.(how we are doing pause with help of media sense API and extension number) in this scenario , we were able to login the media sense after with help of extension, we are fetching All session ID associate with extension. from those session id we are getting the active session to pause the recording..
Instead of taking all session id , is there any way to take only active session id with help media sense API??????
2. After payment page logout , with help of active session we are resuming the call. this is not happening our end , if any one experience this issue?????
