I understand this IOS fixed the issue of needing MTP resources for warm transfers with CVP (SIP). I glanced through the release notes and didn’t see anything. Is there any documentation on this posted anywhere?

Yes, it has been fixed. You no longer need "MTP Required" on the SIP trunk to the SIP Proxy (CUPS). A good thing.
