Ive got a tangberg tactical MXP which in turn has a codec 3000 in it. We also have a W.A.V.E II camera with tandberg control cable.
In theory it works as it should, im able to control the "Main Cam" just fine when the main cam is selected. but the problem with the 3000 is that there is no S-Video for the main cam like on other codecs...so you cant see video and you have to use the S-Video AUX input to see video...BUT then you cant control the camera! its frustrating.
We have other codecs with different inputs that we can control cameras with but we control the cameras through an AMX touch panel. (sends specific code to camera 1 to move even though camera 3 is selected) So is there a work around so as not to use an external control device and still be able to use AUX video input and control the main cam?
