Hello,
API cannot be used to retrieve a list of pending registrations that were created from the WebEx page. If you build your own registration portal, you can use the API to create a new approved registration directly and simply not register attendees that should be rejected. XML API command CreateMeetingAttendee can create approved registrations by setting joinStatus to ACCEPT. More details can be found in the XML API reference guide.
