Hi,
We have a call center that has 150000-160000 calls per day. There is a main IVR application greeting all this call and several sub applications (for login, for ASR etc) that are called from main application by subdialog elements.
We added new ASR application few months ago, this means two new sub applications. After these new applications, we started to have some performence problems. In the error log, there are lots of sessiontimeout errors and our VXML servers started to crash because of lack of memory. And we see that some threads like below blocked other threads. So we started to think about our logging mecanisim.

We use ActivityLog with Complete Logging, we log everything for monitoring as ActivityLogConfig file is attached. So i want to learn what is the best practice about VXML Server logging, especially Activity log? How is your ActivityLog levels?
