Hi all,
 
We have a strange issue, when an agent is on a call with a customer his state turns to not ready, so sometimes i just replace him with another agent and it works but every now and then some agents cti state keeps going not ready when he is with a call for no reason.
 
if any one has a clue why this happens and what is the solution please feel free to answer.
