Can you shed some light on how to develop Softphone using CTI OS with .NET (C#)? Any information regarding this is very much appreciated.

Not sure what you mean by how to develop. You create a session object to manage the session, and create an agent object and associate it with the session and login. When a new call is received, you use the call object to manage the call. To place a call use agent.makecall. This is all shown in the sample(s).

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I have got the sample C# CTIOS application from the CTIOS Client and I am trying to understand it. Thanks again for your prompt response. Will post queries when I face any doubts.

Do you know how can I develop an CISCO IP Communicator Softphone withought using CTIOS API?
Because the IP Phone doesn't use the session object and agent object to work (make and receive calls).
I already developed a CAD (CISCO Agent Desktop) in C#, and I know that IP Phone isn't like the CAD.
Thanks in advance,
Víctor Castro
