Hi Mahmoud,
Have you changed the menus to Arabic changing the device launguage?
If so, please try this
Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<CiscoIPPhoneText>
<Title>Arabic Text</Title>
some prompt
<Text>your arabic text</Text>
</CiscoIPPhoneText>
Thanks
Anitha

Subject: Device Language: User Locale: Arabic XML Service

Hi Mahmoud,
To change the devices language setting...
Cisco CallManager Administration >> Device >> Phone >> [Your Device]
You will need to change "User Locale" to correspond with the launguage you would like to display.
(If the language is available!)
After you initiate a reset, the appropriate character set files will be transfered to the phone.
Only then, your desired language will display correctly.
Sincerely,
Brian
