I am new to CVP, i had to do some changes in a CVP script for a customer, in which the audio element is not working, call is simply getting disconnected, an issue in terms of an unexpected end of an CVP element. this CVP application for checking balance of an account, once after checking the balance, it should be saying thank you then exit - but its always quiting without playing the prompt - i have checked the wav file, its working fine while associating with other elements - i tried connecting the "done" leg with other prompts, but it never moving beyond - at the same time all my other prompts and elements are working fine. I'm here with attaching the screenshot of my script, kindly help me to resolve the issue - please let me know if you need any logs to get more clarity on this issue
