Over the past few months, we've been working hard to deploy Audium products throughout the Cisco Support infrastructure.

I'm happy to announce that as of November 27, 2006, we have successfully deployed Audium products and training to our Cisco Technical Assistance Centers' Lab environments worldwide.

Our hard-working support team at Audium has traveled around the globe conducting training sessions to help ensure quality service regardless of time of day. Additionally, all of our Cisco Technical Assistance Centers have the ability to conduct on-demand training or refresh training from anywhere in the world via Video On Demand.

This is a significant investment and advance in our capabilities outside of North America in the past six months. Responsiveness should improve for users in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India and Australia.

We are looking forward to your input and feedback as we enhance our support capabilities throughout 2007.
