In porting our AXL lib to C# we introduced a few syntax errors that resulted in AXL errors being thrown - and it turns out the documentation in the subchater "AXL Error Codes" shows responses with <SOAP-ENV:tag> prefix... but <soapenv:tag>
I don't know in which CUCM version this was changed, but it's definitely this way around in 9.1(1)
