I wrote a script which is supposed to collect digits but every digit recieved is duplicated.. ie if the user presses "6", "66" shows up in the digitcollection debugs. how can i resolve this? I don't think any issue with TCL Script looks like issue with either sip phone or firmware please contact Cisco TAC Support they will help you.
