I'm using a C20 in a system integration, but we found that the Audio Output (2x RCA) audio comes with the near-end microphone audio mixed just like an VCR output. Please let me know how to exclude local microphone audio from this output?

This is not the case. The C20 does not come with near-end microphone audio mixed, and being a non-integrator product, it should not be possible to configure either.
