I upgraded from 2.0.2 to 2.1.2.20000.346 and when I try and login to WebEx Social with a user account and a sysadmin account it just sits on the login page. Nothing happens. I followed the upgrade guide and the upgrade notes posted to File Exchange. I didn't do anything with this file: 2.1.2build346_Rename_File_to_just-WebEx Social-portal.zip as I didn't see anything in the upgrade guide for this file. Did I miss a step? Where do I begin troubleshooting? On the flip side, I can login with my iPad
